Status: Full-Time/Permanent - Direct Hire as an employee of the Company with access to full benefits
New Hire Starting Pay: Up to $21.00/hour (Based on experience)
After-Hire Earning Potential: Your compensation grows as you do. The Company offers incremental, performance-based pay increases tied to job experience and technical proficiency. While initial offers are based on current experience, successful team members have the opportunity to reach an earning ceiling of $28.00 per hour through the internal advancement structure.

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler & Billing Coordinator. This role is the operational backbone of our patient services, requiring a candidate who can navigate complex scheduling demands while maintaining rigorous billing accuracy.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
You must meet all of the following criteria to be considered for this role:
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in medical administration, specifically focused on high-volume scheduling and insurance billing.
- Billing Proficiency: You must be able to verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations without supervision.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and providers.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve billing discrepancies and manage complex provider calendars independently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Scheduling: Manage and optimize multi-provider schedules to ensure maximum patient throughput and minimal downtime.
- Full-Cycle Billing: Direct oversight of claim submissions, denials management, and patient payment collection.
- Compliance: Strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and internal data privacy protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records and coordinate the flow of medical documentation between departments.
