Schedule: Full-Time, Daylight Shift
Starting Pay: Up to $22.00/hour (Based on experience)
After Hire Earning Potential: Performance-based increases up to $30.00/hour

Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for patient care? As a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the operational heartbeat of our multidisciplinary team. Working under the direction of the Clinical Manager, you will synchronize clerical and scheduling functions to ensure our patients receive timely, high-quality home health services. You are the bridge between our clinicians and the families we serve, ensuring every visit is accounted for and every patient feels heard.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Scheduling
- Master Coordination: Manage the team’s master schedule, aligning patient needs with staff productivity and availability.
- Seamless Intake: Partner with the Clinical Manager and Intake Department to schedule all new admissions and internal multidisciplinary referrals.
- Precision Verification: Conduct daily visit verifications to ensure services provided match clinical orders; promptly alert leadership of any discrepancies.
- Administrative Support: Manage payroll duties, reconcile patient data, and maintain up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
Patient Engagement & Advocacy
- The "First Impression": Perform scripted Welcome and Outreach calls to all new patients, facilitating a smooth transition into care.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and staff, ensuring clear and compassionate communication across the care team.
- Satisfaction Focused: Resolve inquiries with a "patient-first" mindset to drive optimal satisfaction scores.
Compliance & Growth
- Quality Improvement: Proactively identify and participate in process improvements to enhance agency service quality.
- Professional Integrity: Adhere to all organizational standards of conduct, compliance training, and service management philosophies.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related position within a clinical or medical office setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC applications and office equipment is required. Prior experience with Epic, Medipac, or similar Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a significant plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical scheduling, medical terminology, and patient insurance/visit verification processes.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
