Behavioral Health Therapist (Adolescent & Young Adult Specialist)
Location: On-Site in Pittsburgh, PA 15213 (Oakland area)
Work Schedule: Full-Time Daylight Schedule, Monday–Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm, (one evening per week).
New Hire Starting Pay: As a new hire, up to $30.00 per hour, based on skills and experience

- Licensure Support: Dedicated clinical supervision provided for those working toward LPC, LCSW, or LMFT status.

Join a world-renowned clinical team specializing in evidence-based assessment and treatment for adolescents and undergraduate college students. We provide a multidisciplinary approach across Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care, focusing on supporting youth and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, and high-risk clinical needs.
We provide specialized clinical training and supervision for licensure!

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Treatment: Provide high-quality individual and group therapy, lead IOP skills groups, and manage a dedicated caseload.
- Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations to guide treatment planning and referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and periodic case reviews to ensure clinical excellence.
- Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate clinical records, including same-day service documentation and treatment authorizations.
- Family & Community Engagement: Engage families in the treatment process and provide education on recovery; may involve consultation in school or community settings as indicated.
- Quality Assurance: Actively participate in program activities to ensure high standards of patient care and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (must meet state educational requirements for practice).
- REQUIRED: A copy of your graduate-level transcripts must be attached to your application to be considered for this position
- Experience: One year of clinical experience is preferred, though we are open to developing talented newer clinicians
- Credentialing: Must be prepared to obtain LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure within 30 months of hire.
- Skills: Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM preferred
